Parriss Holdings Ltd is the parent company of a group of trading and investment businesses, established to bring a set of related interests under common ownership and common discipline. The group does not chase breadth. It concentrates on the two fields its principals know deeply, and holds each of its businesses to the same expectations of conduct, rigour and care.
The first of those fields is property and land. The group develops, acquires and manages assets across the residential and commercial markets — from the assembly and preparation of land through to development, letting and long-term ownership. Positions are taken selectively, underwritten conservatively, and held with patience.
The second is the environmental sector. Through its consultancy interests, the group advises operators, brokers and investors across waste management, recycling, resource recovery and energy — sectors in which its principals have spent the better part of their working lives, and in which practical experience matters more than theory.
The holding structure exists for a simple reason: it allows each business to operate with focus, while drawing on shared oversight, governance and capital allocation at group level. Decisions are made close to the work, and accountability rests where it should.
